A factory building from 1900 in Berlin Mitte is to be reused as a co-housing and co-living space with micro apartments. A compact cube placed in the middle of each of the apartments houses a bed that can be turned into a smaller sofa daybed, a foldable desk, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Combining all important functions so the residents have an autonomous and individual home at their disposal.
